1. Data Controller

2. What data we process and for what purpose
2.1. Quote form (Service cost calculator)
On the Pricing subpage we provide the "Service cost calculator" form, which is used to prepare an individual, non-binding quote for our services. In it you answer questions about your business, and on that basis we prepare a proposal tailored to your needs. In the form we collect:
- business information: type of business (services / trade / manufacturing), legal form, form of taxation, VAT payer status, estimated number of documents per month, information on intra-Community transactions (ICA/ICS) and export/import;
- contact details: first name, last name, email address and phone number.
How it works: after you complete and submit the form, your answers are sent to us by email to the company address. We use them solely to contact you and prepare an offer. The form is protected against spam.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (the Controller's legitimate interest in handling enquiries and contacting interested parties).
2.2. Email and phone contact
If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, phone number and the content of your message) in order to respond and handle the matter. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (the Controller's legitimate interest).
2.3. Client data (service agreements)
As part of providing accounting, HR & payroll and advisory services, we process the data necessary to perform the contract and to fulfil the legal obligations incumbent on the Controller (including tax, accounting and social insurance regulations). Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.
3. Data retention period
- We keep data from the quote form and from correspondence for the time necessary to handle the enquiry, and then until any potential claims become time-barred.
- Data related to concluded contracts and tax and accounting obligations we keep for the period required by law.
4. Data recipients
Your data may be transferred to entities processing it on our behalf under data processing agreements, e.g. email providers, accounting software providers and hosting providers. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where this results from the law. We do not sell personal data.
5. Cookies
The website may use only necessary cookies (small files stored in your browser) that ensure its proper operation. We do not use cookies for tracking, profiling or marketing purposes, nor do we use external analytics tools. You can change your cookie settings in your browser at any time, including blocking or deleting them; restricting cookies may affect the operation of some website features.
6. Your rights
In connection with the processing of your data, you have the following rights:
- the right to access your data and obtain a copy of it,
- the right to rectify (correct) your data,
- the right to erase your data,
- the right to restrict processing,
- the right to object to processing,
- the right to data portability,
- the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal),
- the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

7. Voluntary provision of data
Providing your data is voluntary but necessary to prepare a quote, respond to your enquiry, or conclude and perform a contract. Failure to provide the data may make it impossible to achieve these purposes.
8. Changes to the privacy policy
This policy may be updated, e.g. in connection with changes in the law or the tools used. The current version is always available on this page, and the date of the last update is indicated at the top.
